Do you have research data on customer service / orientation?

Hi

I am looking for research studies/ data on customer service relevant to the IT sector. By customer service I don’t mean just helpdesk / call centre/ BPO services. I mean the customer focus that all need to have irrespective of degree of direct contact they have with the customer .
